Refund Policy

Effective Date: Friday 18 April, 2025

At Self-Mastery Coaching & Hypnotherapy, I strive to provide high-quality, trauma-informed support through coaching and hypnotherapy.

 

Please read the following refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.

1. Sessions & Services

Due to the nature of these services—personalised, scheduled time-based support—refunds are generally not offered once a session has been delivered.

 

However, your wellbeing and satisfaction matter. If you have concerns about a session, you're invited to reach out directly so we can discuss it together.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. This gives others the opportunity to book and respects both our time.

  • Cancellations made with 24+ hours' notice: You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: The full session fee will be charged, and no refund will be given.

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies), please contact me as soon as possible to discuss flexibility.

3. Group Programs, Workshops, or Courses

For any pre-paid courses, workshops, or packages:

  • Refunds are not available after access to materials has been provided or once the program has begun.

  • If you are unable to attend or complete the program, please get in touch. I will do my best to offer alternatives or partial credit toward future sessions or offerings, where reasonable.

4. Consumer Rights

This policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which apply to digital and service-based businesses. Coaching and hypnotherapy are considered personalised services that begin at a specific time; therefore, the right to a 14-day cancellation period does not apply once a session has taken place or digital access has been granted.
