MY BACKGROUND

Welcome, I'm honored you are here. I'm Miranda (she/her).

I'm a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Tarologist, Astrologer, Death Doula and Shamanic Breathwork facilitator.

My ancestral roots are English and Celtic, and I grew up in the United Kingdom.

​

Over the past two decades, I have immersed myself in the spiritual disciplines of Massage, Yoga and Vipassana meditation. I've trained yoga teachers, taught energy medicine and intuitive development, and led women's circles. I've read Tarot from a Soul-aligned perspective, and facilitated and practiced Shamanic Breathwork, journeying into the deep layers of the subconscious mind to uncover healing.

I studied Celtic Shamanism under Karen Ward and John Cantwell, learning to walk the pathway of the heart during a year-long program through the seasons, elements and directions.

​

I write as "Moon Mentor" for Sovereign Magazine, a global women's magazine, detailing the astrological and energetic influences of each month's New and Full Moon. In each edition, I share tools that help women connect to the medicine of the Moon, and engage in ritual and ancestral honoring.

​

I completed a Death Doula certification program with Olivia Bareham at the Sacred Crossings Institute in 2022. Our aliveness is intimately connected with our mortality. It is my belief that it is a great gift to know we only have a short time in this body. It can help us to live each moment more presently, more lovingly, and with greater passion and lightness.  It provides valuable time to honor the experiences of your life, and somehow find a way to tackle the immeasurably difficult task of saying goodbye to loved ones and family. A Death Doula helps both the dying and their families prepare for the spiritual and logistical parts of facing death.

I currently (2022-present) work in a volunteer capacity with Together Hospice, 

and work with private clients.

​

Connecting to the Self, in all its aspects (shadow and light), empowers you to

live from a place of absolute authenticity, and arrive at peace. 

My invitation to you is to listen to the wisdom of your body,

and tune in deeply with meditation, breath, and ritual.

These can help ensure you are walking in alignment with

your Soul's highest vision and most authentic Self,

no matter what you are currently experiencing.
